> **This list needs checking before it can be relied on.**
>
> At some point the menu photos were replaced. The site used to show the `.webp`
> files named below; it was later switched to a different set of `.jpeg` photos of
> the same items, and those have now been converted back to `.webp` under the same
> names. So a filename in this list may no longer hold the photograph credited
> next to it, and the photos actually on the site have no recorded source.
>
> Nobody should assume the attribution below is correct until someone confirms
> where the current photos came from. If they are your own photographs of the real
> items, this whole page can be deleted along with the "Photo credits" link in the
> footer of `index.html`. That is the better fix anyway.

Every menu photo is downloaded and served from this repository, nothing is
hot-linked, so no outside service can go down or swap a picture on us.

**10 photos** are CC0 or public domain and need no credit.
**17 photos** are Creative Commons and their licence asks for a credit,
which is what this page is for.

> If you would rather not carry credits at all, photograph the real items and
> drop them in over these files, same filenames, nothing else to change. Your
> own food will look better than stock anyway.

## Notes

- All of these came from Wikimedia Commons and Openverse. None carry watermarks.
- CC BY-SA allows commercial use as long as the credit stays available and any
altered version of the photo keeps the same licence. Photos here were cropped
to 4:3 and resized to 720px, so that applies.
- The two blurred shop-interior pictures are the shop's own, not stock.
- The logo (`images/logo.svg`) and the iPhone icon made from it are original work
for this shop. No credit needed, and nobody else has a claim on them.
- The earlier artwork is kept in `images/previous/`. Nothing was deleted.
